David Brackney - President
Mr. Brackney brings over 30 years business operations/contract administration experience to Total Metals. After graduation from Knox College, in Galesburg, Illinois, Mr. Brackney joined Rolamech Company in Scottsdale, Arizona. After eight years and upon receiving his MBA from ASU in 1983, he became its President. In 1985 Mr. Brackney joined Space Data Corporation/Orbital Sciences, Mr. Fisher’s aerospace company, as Director of Contract and Subcontract Managment, responsible for over $100 million annually in contract administration. Dave left Orbital Sciences in 1993 to join Mr. Fisher’s business incubator and later founded the Total Metals operation. Mr. Brackney is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Total Metals and all contract negotiations and administration.

Byron Capp - Director of Business Development
Byron Capp-Director of Business Development-brings over 30 years experience in the Architectural metal business to Total Metals. Mr. Capp moved to Phoenix from Portland, Oregon and joined Total Metals in 2000 where he had worked for a number of Mechanical and Architectural Sheet Metal companies prior to owning and operating his own Architectural Sheet Metal Company for over 10 years. Mr. Capp is intimately familiar with all phases of the industry from estimating, manufacture, installation, and project management. Byron leads Total Metals estimating department, marketing efforts, and customer relations efforts.

Jim Wilkinson - Director of Engineering and Project Management
Jim brings over 25 years experience in the Architectural metal business to Total Metals. Mr. Wilkinson joined Total Metals in 2006 after running his own design engineering company for over 3 years. Prior to owning his own company, Jim worked in Detroit and New York City as a Project Manager where he also gained a strong background in large commercial projects. Prior to light gauge sheet metal work, Jim worked in structural and plate steel engineering. Mr. Wilkinson heads Total Metals design engineering office responsible for all shop drawings, value engineering efforts, and project management. 

Sean Derivan - Director of Manufacturing
Sean brings over 20 years experience in the metal fabrication business to Total Metals. Mr. Derivan began his career in the metal fabrication field progressing over the years gaining experience in the shipping, receiving, and inventory control and scheduling aspects of product production. Prior to joining Total Metals, Mr. Derivan ran and operated his own Metal Fabrication business. Mr. Derivan manages Total Metals shop fabrication, procurement, shipping and receiving, and is responsible for overall internal project scheduling.
